The PZL.23 Karaś was a Polish light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft designed in the mid-1930s by PZL in Warsaw.It was the primary Polish reconnaissance bomber in use during the invasion of Poland. PZL.46 Sum (sheatfish) was a light bomber developed by Państwowe Zakłady Lotnicze shortly before World War II, which, was directed to serial production in the spring of 1939. The PZL.37 Łoś was a Polish twin-engined medium bomber designed and manufactured by national aircraft company Państwowe Zakłady Lotnicze (PZL). it was popularly considered to be not only the most modern and effective weapon then possessed by Poland, but also to be one of the most advanced bombers then operational in the world. The Łoś was extensively used in the defense of Poland during the invasion of Poland by Nazi Germany in September 1939.
